Self Image Improvement - Start an Organized Program

Almost everyone could use some self image improvement. Today it seems like it is almost normal for people to have a poor self image of themselves. So how do we go about improving our self image?
Improving yourself image means starting to care for yourself and being proud of your accomplishments. One easy way to do this is to remind yourself of your accomplishments. For many of us we tend to forget the great things we have done in our lives and only remember the bad ones.
One easy way to do this is to remind yourself each day of three things you have done that you can be proud of. These can be big things or little things, but try to do this first thing everyday while driving to work.
By doing this self image improvement technique regularly you will reach a point where it is almost normal for you to think positively about yourself.
Here is probably the best and easiest self image improvement technique ever. I read this in a book called 'The Magic of Thinking Big.' In it the author points out that if you were lost in a woods people would come looking for you. People would spend millions of dollars and days looking for you until all hope is lost.

  2. This post is very true. Self-lying works, but many of us can't or don't want to do it.

  3. My dad's job used to make all their employees go through self-improvement seminars. They would tell them what colors look best on them specifically. Hairstyles too.
